The Role

We are seeking a customer-focused Sales & Account Support Specialist to join our UK team. This is a hybrid, multi-functional role combining:

  • Customer account support
  • Sales administration
  • Accounts receivable coordination
  • Executive assistance
  • Office administration

You’ll support customers, the sales team, and the General Manager (GM), ensuring smooth business operations while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. Ideal for those who enjoy variety, coordination, and delivering outstanding support across multiple areas.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Account Support

  • Process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Coordinate order-related activities with:
    • Customers
    • Distributors
    • Internal teams
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries
  • Support the sales team in:
    • Account administration
    • Customer communications
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for account-related enquiries

Accounts Receivable & Administrative Support

  • Monitor outstanding customer balances
  • Assist with follow-ups for overdue invoices
  • Generate and send customer statements/payment reminders
  • Collect remittance advice and payment details
  • Update and manage internal accounting records for Taipei HQ
  • Support account reconciliation and payment tracking
  • Help with reporting and administrative tasks for customer accounts

Executive & Office Support

  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including:
    • Coordination of meetings
    • Managing diary/appointments
    • Assist with travel arrangements
  • Support preparation of:
    • Reports
    • Presentations
    • Business documentation
  • Coordinate:
    • Customer visits
    • Internal meetings
    • Event organisation
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day office operations

About You

We’re looking for an organised, proactive professional with:

  • Enjoyment in managing multiple priorities and working collaboratively
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Exceptional administrative and organisational abilities
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Good technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Required Skills & Experience

✅ Must have prior experience in:

  • Sales support | account administration |
  • Customer service | office administration |
  • Accounts receivable | credit control or related fields

✅ Full UK right to work

Desirable (Not Essential) Qualifications

➔ Experience in distribution, technology, or B2B environments ➔ Familiarity with accounts receivable or credit control ➔ History of supporting senior managers/leadership ➔ Experience with meeting coordination, events, or travel arrangements ➔ Exposure to order processing or customer account administration
