Ballerz is a new immersive football entertainment concept launched in 2024 at Bluewater Shopping Centre, designed to harness the power of football to connect people. The venue combines innovative technology and interactive experiences to create a dynamic environment for guests of all ages. Ballerz focuses on delivering high-energy, social experiences centered around the sport, from casual visits to special events. Team members join a fast-growing concept where creativity, customer engagement, and a passion for football-inspired entertainment are highly valued. Due to continued growth and increasing demand, we're expanding our sales team and are looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused Sales & Administration Assistant to join us. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a fast-growing business where you'll play a key role in supporting our sales function and have genuine opportunities to develop as we continue to grow.

The Role

You'll play a vital role in supporting our sales operation, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and every customer receives an exceptional experience from first contact through to booking.

Your responsibilities will include:

Sales Support

  • Managing inbound enquiries across phone, email and online channels
  • Preparing quotes, booking confirmations and customer documentation
  • Maintaining accurate booking information within our CRM and internal systems
  • Supporting the Sales Manager with daily administration and reporting
  • Help with client tours, hospitality events delivery, and proactive outreach

Customer & Booking Management

  • Coordinating bookings for corporate events, birthday parties, private hire and group experiences
  • Following up enquiries to maximise conversions
  • Managing customer communications professionally and efficiently
  • Scheduling client meetings, venue tours and appointments
  • Supporting sales campaigns through email and outbound calling

Administration & Reception

  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, calls and emails
  • Managing the shared sales inbox and ensuring enquiries are responded to promptly
  • Returning missed calls and keeping customers informed throughout their booking journey
  • Supporting front-of-house during busy periods and events where required
  • Representing the Ballerz brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Actioning essential event and birthday party administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

  • Friendly, confident and enjoy speaking with people
  • Exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Proactive and happy to take ownership of your workload
  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Computer literate and comfortable using Microsoft Office

It would be great if you also have:

  • Previous administration, sales support or customer service experience
  • An interest in football, hospitality or live events
  • Good knowledge of the local area, or an existing network of local schools, sports clubs, businesses or community organisations

Working Hours

We're flexible and can consider both full-time and part-time applicants. Occasionally weekend availability is preferred, as this is when many of our events take place, but we're happy to discuss working patterns.
