Who we are

Quantidal is a London-based independent consultancy specialising in AI governance, risk & compliance. We help organisations adopting, deploying and managing AI safely and responsibly.

As demand for AI oversight grows across industries, we're building out a team to help us reach the organisations that need this support, and we're looking for a few experienced sales and business development consultants to join us.

Who we're looking for

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

We're after people with a solid track record in B2B sales, ideally with experience selling into the tech sector or to enterprise clients.

You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing outreach strategies, and building the kind of relationships that turn into long-term client engagements. This is a business development role at its core: finding the right conversations and knowing how to move them forward.

How you'll be paid

To start, this will be a commission-based role, with the intention of moving to an hourly fee structure as the business develops. It's a good fit for someone who wants flexibility and is comfortable being rewarded for results.

If you have a genuine interest in AI, a strong sales background, and want to get in early on something new, we'd like to hear from you.
