We are seeking a results-oriented Sales and Business Development Manager to expand our presence across the DACH and Benelux markets. This role is suited for someone who thrives in a full-cycle sales environment, builds new business opportunities, and focuses on selling services and solutions. The role contributes to growth by acquiring new logos and expanding the portfolio within existing accounts.

Business Development & Client Engagement Generate new leads through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders Understand client needs, business challenges, and priorities Deliver sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations
Account Management Maintain relationships with existing clients Support customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth
Sales Execution & Performance Communicate the value proposition of digital transformation services Evaluate and qualify leads based on needs, budget, and decision-making processes Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals Support marketing initiatives and targeted campaigns Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and performance

Requirements 5–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT services Proven experience managing the end-to-end sales cycle Proven experience acquiring new clients and growing business portfolios Experience in Telecom industry is a plus Communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently in a regional role
