Wholesale Sales Professional
We're seeking an experienced wholesale sales professional to lead the growth of our UK business.
Reporting to the Head of Global Wholesale
This role is responsible for expanding market share, delivering sales growth, and strengthening relationships with key wholesale partners across the UK. With ownership of both established accounts and new business development, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the performance of two leading, premium, Australian swimwear brands - Seafolly and JETS.
This is a remote role, we are flexible on location but national travel will be required, including to our showroom in London (E1).

You will:
- Develop and execute the UK wholesale growth strategy for Seafolly and JETS, delivering sales, profitability, and market share objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle across seasonal collections, from sell-in through to in-season trading and repeat business.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key wholesale partners, ensuring strong commercial performance and premium brand representation.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across the UK market.
- Negotiate commercial trading terms and partner with customers to drive profitable growth.
- Analyse sales and trade performance, providing insights and recommendations to maximise results.
- Represent Seafolly and JETS at trade shows, customer presentations, and industry events.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Planning, Merchandise, and Operations teams to deliver commercial initiatives and support key accounts.
- Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and trend insights to inform future product and business decisions.
- Act as the key point of contact for the UK market, balancing strategic planning with hands-on account management.

You have:
- Significant experience in wholesale sales, business development, or key account management within fashion, apparel, retail, or a comparable consumer goods environment.
- Strong knowledge of the UK retail and wholesale landscape, including key accounts and market dynamics.
- A proven track record of delivering sales growth, managing budgets, and achieving commercial targets.
- Experience negotiating trading terms and building successful long-term customer partnerships.
- Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities.
- Commercial acumen and a strong understanding of retail trade performance, reporting, and analysis.
- The ability to influence in-season performance and work collaboratively with customers to drive results.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, supported by a data-driven approach.
- A passion for product, brand, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
- Ability to travel nationally.
