What you’ll be doing
This is a highly autonomous role and offers the opportunity for you to really make your mark.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and grow a team, optimise sales strategies, and contribute to the organisation’s success in a competitive market. You will be leading, mentoring and training to get the very best out of your sales team, achieving ambitious sales targets for both instore and online sales.
You’ll also be expected to ensure that all the right practices and processes are in place to enable further growth and maximise efficiency across the sales function.
What you’ll need
- We are open to a wide range of backgrounds but a passion for all things motorcross/motorsport/bikes/quadbikes is a must.
- Proven strategic experience and proven success in retail or in a similar sales environment.
- Confidence and enthusiasm with the ability to inspire, develop and motivate.
- Excellent organisational skills with effective time management capabilities.
- Experience in merchandising and understanding of retail management principles
- Demonstrated ability in administration, IT, sales management, including strategic thinking, planning and execution
