SALES AND CAMPAIGN ASSISTANT

Location: Birmingham City Centre (Next to the Mailbox) Job Type: Full-time | On-site | Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm Start Date: Immediate Start Available

Ever wondered what it’s like to be behind the campaigns of major UK brands, not from a desk, but in the real customer engagement where decisions happen?

This isn’t your typical marketing role where you sit scrolling through data all day. At Sage Partners, you’ll be at the front line of live campaigns, representing well known brands such as BT/EE, British Gas, Milk & More, Gather, and E.ON, engaging directly with customers and bringing campaigns to life in real time.

If you’re someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build practical skills in both marketing and sales, this role offers a genuine starting point with clear direction and support.

Why This Role Stands Out

Most entry-level roles talk about development, we actually build it into your day-to-day.

At Sage Partners, we invest heavily in training, mentorship, and progression. You won’t just learn how to deliver campaigns, you’ll understand how they’re planned, executed, and scaled. You’ll work alongside experienced team members, gaining insight into customer psychology, brand positioning, and commercial strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
