Spitfire Doors Limited

Spitfire Doors Limited offers one of the most comprehensive ranges of luxury aluminium entrance doors in Europe, serving architects, developers, and trade partners across the UK. We are looking for a driven, commercially minded Sales and Customer Service Executive to own the sales pipeline from first enquiry through to installation. You will be responsible for products such as aluminium external and internal doors and windows; and steel internal doors and windows, amongst others. This isn't a back-office processing role — you'll be the commercial engine of the division: quoting with confidence, closing orders, managing key accounts and architect relationships, and keeping every order moving smoothly through to delivery.

If you're happiest on the phone chasing a quote, love the buzz of closing a sale, and have the discipline to see every order through accurately to completion, this role is built for you.

What You'll Own

  • Build and manage relationships with homeowners, architects, specifiers, and trade/design partners — becoming their trusted point of contact for aluminium and steel door specification and advice.
  • Own the full sales cycle: qualify enquiries, prepare and present quotations, and proactively chase them to maximise conversion.
  • Confidently advise on product specification, technical options, and lead times — speaking the language of architects and installers.
  • Convert quotations into confirmed orders and hit personal sales and conversion KPIs.
  • Process sales orders and purchase orders accurately once won and manage them through to delivery or installation.
  • Expedite orders with customers and suppliers, resolving any supply or installation queries quickly.
  • Proactively grow existing accounts, identifying upsell and repeat-business opportunities.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date and feedback market/customer insight to the wider sales team.
  • Contribute ideas to improve conversion rates, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
