Sales & Estimating Support Apprentice

We are looking to recruit a Sales & Estimating Support Apprentice to join our Sales & Estimating team.

This role is primarily an administrative support position within our sales and estimating function. You will play a key part in assisting the preparation, coordination, and tracking of mechanical and building services tenders, ensuring our estimating team has the information and documentation required to produce accurate and timely submissions.

Alongside your day-to-day responsibilities, you will begin a structured learning pathway within the Building Services industry, studying towards a Level 3 qualification or Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Building Services Engineering. This will support your development of technical knowledge and understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) systems, enabling progression within the estimating and engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the CRM system (BigChange), ensuring all sales opportunities and tender information are accurately recorded.
  • Assist in preparing and issuing supplier and subcontractor enquiry packages.
  • Collate, organise, and track quotations received from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Support the preparation and submission of tender documentation.
  • Monitor key tender dates and deadlines, ensuring submissions are tracked and delivered on time.
  • Maintain accurate project and estimate records, ensuring information is kept up to date.
  • Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to support the flow of tender information.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
