Whether you're starting your career or bringing previous customer-facing experience, you'll receive full training, one-to-one mentoring, and a structured development plan designed to help you progress into leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent well-known client brands through face-to-face customer interactions
  • Build lasting relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Support customer acquisition and business growth campaigns
  • Work towards individual and team performance goals
  • Assist with the training and development of new team members
  • Take part in leadership and management development workshops
  • Collaborate with senior team members on business growth initiatives
  • Help maintain high standards across campaigns and daily operations

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
  • Interest in leadership, business development, or management
  • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
  • Ambition to develop professionally and progress within the business

Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential.
