Role Description
The Sales and Leadership Executive (entry level) role is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. In this role, you will:
- Engage with prospective customers
- Present products and services
- Support the delivery of sales campaigns
- Learn and apply core sales techniques
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Contribute to meeting team targets
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Handling customer inquiries
- Providing a high standard of service
- Gathering feedback to improve sales approaches
- Participating in regular training sessions
- Receiving coaching from senior team members
- Taking on small leadership responsibilities as you progress

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support revenue generation and contribute to team performance
- Interest in Training and leadership development, with a willingness to learn and apply coaching feedback
- Motivation to build a career in sales and leadership, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work on-site in the London Area, United Kingdom, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles is preferred
