Role Description
Embrace Leasing is looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our growing team based at our head office in Preston Deanery, Northamptonshire.

This is a full-time, office-based role where you will work closely with customers to understand their vehicle and budget requirements and guide them through every stage of the leasing journey. You will be responsible for handling enquiries, preparing quotations, managing finance applications, and ensuring customers receive a first-class experience from start to finish.
Working in a fast-paced, supportive environment, you’ll collaborate with our sales, customer care, and administration teams to deliver efficient, professional service while building long-lasting customer relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable leasing solutions Preparing and presenting competitive vehicle quotations Supporting customers through finance approval and order processing Building strong customer relationships and encouraging repeat business and referrals Maintaining accurate records and completing administration tasks efficiently Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process

Qualifications & Experience
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, professional, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Essential Skills & Experience
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail Ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven attitude Confidence working in a fast-paced environment Good IT and administrative skills
Desirable
