Sales & Leasing Manager

Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients. You will act as our frontline brand ambassador, identifying potential customers, initiating contact, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional who excels in hunting for new business and closing deals. You will need a deep knowledge of the managed office market and experience working with stakeholders in flexible office and conventional office leasing.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Acquisition

  • Proactively identify, research, and target potential clients within the market.
  • Work with the Sales & Partnerships Director to execute strategic outreach efforts, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry contacts to generate new leads.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospective clients' workspace requirements and tailor solutions.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals, effectively communicating the value of Knotel’s offerings.

Sales Process Management

  • Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly new business sales targets.
  • Use Salesforce to track sales activities, leads, and opportunities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date reporting.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes to position Knotel as the preferred provider.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Team, including marketing, to refine lead generation strategies and sales collateral.

Relationship Building

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with prospects, understanding their business challenges and aligning solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and value-driven recommendations.
  • Foster strong relationships with Brokers and Agents.

Skills & Experience

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales or leasing within the real estate sector (flex or traditional leasing).
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, developing, and closing new business deals.

Skills

  • Strong hunter mentality with a proven ability to generate and close new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging senior-level decision-makers.
  • Proficient in CRM software (ideally Salesforce) and sales pipeline management.
