Role Description
The Sales and Letting Negotiator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Docklands. The role involves managing property sales and lettings from initial enquiry through to completion, including arranging and conducting viewings, following up with prospective buyers and tenants, and negotiating offers.

Daily Responsibilities

- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and vendors
- Updating property listings
- Maintaining accurate records within internal systems
- Providing clear, timely communication to all parties
- Delivering high-quality customer service
- Supporting the wider team in meeting branch targets
- Handling basic property management queries
- Coordinating with contractors or colleagues when needed
- Ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and regulations
Qualifications
- Experience or strong interest in estate agency work, including familiarity with Estate Agents practices and the local property market.
- Knowledge of Landlord/Tenant Matters and basic Property Management principles, with the ability to support lettings and tenancy-related processes.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships and managing expectations professionally.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and follow-up.
- Comfort working in a target-driven environment, with a proactive, results-focused approach and resilience under pressure.
- Competence using property software, email, and office applications; numeracy skills for handling offers and rental figures.
- Previous experience in residential sales or lettings is beneficial but not essential; training and development support may be provided.
- Ability to work on-site in London, including flexibility to attend viewings and appointments as required.
- Own car.
