Sales and Marketing Assistant – The Grosvenor Hospital, Chester

Marketing • Permanent • Full-Time • Competitive Salary (depending on skills and experience) 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development Support

    • Collaborate on developing, communicating, and executing tailored business development plans, aligning with both local and central marketing initiatives.
  • Social Media & Digital Engagement

    • Create social media content and manage campaigns for Chester Hospital across platforms.
    • Ensure real-time updates to website content to maintain accuracy and currency.

  • Campaign & Publication Management

    • Assist in producing high-quality marketing materials, campaigns, and literature to bolster patient acquisition and business growth, closely working with the Central Marketing Team.
  • Event Support

    • Partner with the Healthcare Account Manager to coordinate internal/external events, conferences, and documentation preparation.
  • Material Management

    • Oversee and replenish stock levels of in-house patient literature, ensuring continuous availability for promotional displays.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Relationships

    • Directly manage inbound enquiries from key stakeholder groups: patients, consultants, GPs, and medical secretaries.
    • Foster visibility and strong relationships with consultants, improving engagement and networking.
    • Build rapport with sponsors, local GP surgeries, and marketing partners to enhance business opportunities.

Requirements

  • A proactive, enthusiastic individual who thrives working under guidance.
  • Social media experience, including content creation and posting across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Proven ability to contribute effectively and productively within a due-diligence team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
