The Role – Sales & Marketing Executive

Visibility Wins is a global B2B Brand to Demand Agency, Headquartered in Belfast, specialising in the Information Technology, IT Security & Software Sector.

We are recruiting for a Sales & Marketing executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for delivering successful lead generation campaigns that drive results, generate leads, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. You will play a key role in managing campaigns end to end, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and achieve agreed objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute new business sales campaigns on behalf of Visibility Wins and our clients.
  • Taking ownership of and report on the outcome of lead generation campaigns.
  • Nurture target audiences using social selling techniques.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and deliver agreed objectives.
  • Work with clients to plan & execute lead generation campaigns and other marketing services.

The Person:

  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience working with clients.
  • Can Do, positive attitude who demonstrates Visibility Wins Company Values.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver on tasks.
  • Ability to work under pressure. This is a fast paced, high activity role with changing priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and results.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Proactive, resilient and has a strong work ethic.
