Sales & Marketing Executive
About the Role
Glowbolt Group is looking for an enthusiastic, creative and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help support the continued growth of our business.
Working closely with our Commercial Director, you will play an important role in raising the profile of Glowbolt, generating new business opportunities and supporting our sales strategy. This is a varied role combining marketing, business development and client relationship management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys no two days being the same.
Whether you're creating engaging marketing content, managing social media, attending networking events or identifying new business opportunities, you'll be helping to drive the continued success of Glowbolt Group.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking and prospecting.
- Contact prospective clients to introduce Glowbolt and arrange meetings.
- Support the Commercial Director with lead generation and business development activities.
- Maintain and develop a healthy sales pipeline within our CRM system.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions and client meetings.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals and tender submissions.
- Follow up quotations and maintain regular contact with clients.

Marketing
- Manage and update the company's social media platforms.
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and the company website.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, email marketing and promotional activities.
- Work alongside our marketing partners to promote completed projects, case studies and company news.
- Help organise exhibitions, networking events and client hospitality.
- Maintain company brochures, presentations and marketing literature.
- Monitor marketing performance and suggest new ideas to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is enthusiastic, motivated and eager to learn.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is confident speaking with new people and building relationships.
- Has strong organisational skills and can manage multiple tasks.
- Has a creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Is proactive and enjoys taking the initiative.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.

Experience within sales, marketing or business development would be beneficial but is not essential. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to develop within a growing business.
