Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive
Reporting to: CEO
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000--£33,000 (depending on experience)
Working hours: 9:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday

We work with a diverse range of investors including private equity firms, institutional investors, hedge funds, family offices, and high net worth individuals, offering ideas on a broad range of financial options including tax-efficient strategies and investment opportunities.
The Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO to build and execute our marketing strategy mainly support the growth of our Pall Mall Members Club. You will be responsible for developing our brand presence, generating qualified leads, and supporting our business development activities through targeted marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy across digital and offline channels to build brand awareness and support business growth for both our investment advisory and members club services.
- Manage and grow our social media presence (Official website, LinkedIn, Redbook, WeChat app etc.) to increase engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation.
- Create and optimise high-quality content – including website copy, case studies, thought leadership articles, and marketing collateral – tailored to our target audiences of investors, business clients, and club members.
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads for our investment advisory offerings and members club services.
- Analyse customer journeys and member engagement patterns to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, driving additional revenue from our existing client and member base.
- Develop innovative ideas for new services, products, partnerships, events, or value-added offerings that address evolving member needs and market trends, leveraging the full range of club services, such as executive coaching, HR consulting, change advisory, operations consulting, accounting & finance, project management, grant applications, and network building.
- Gather feedback from existing members and use market insights to recommend new commercial initiatives.
- Support Pall Mall members’ commercial initiatives from concept to launch, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful rollout.
- Organise and attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to represent the company, identify partnership opportunities, and build relationships with potential clients and members.
- Manage post-event follow-ups and track marketing campaign performance to support the operation and growth of Pall Mall Members Club.

Essential skills and experience:

- Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within financial services, professional services, or a B2B environment.
- Strong digital marketing skills including social media management, content creation, and campaign execution.
- Experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track and report on performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience in the investment or financial services sector.
- Knowledge of the UK investor landscape (private equity, institutional investors, family offices).
- Experience managing events and partnerships.
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) – an advantage for liaising with international stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant marketing qualifications or certifications are a plus.
