About Mai Nami
Mai Nami is a textured haircare brand on a mission to make premium curl care accessible. We're growing quickly across DTC and retail, and this is a chance to join at a pivotal moment as we expand our stockist network and live event presence.
The role
You'll support our founder on the retail side of the business, with most of your time spent in person at sales events, pop-ups, and industry conferences.

Responsibilities
- Sell products and engage customers at pop-ups and live events
- Represent Mai Nami at trade shows and industry conferences
- Support meetings with retailers and prospective stockists
- Help with event setup, stock management, and post-event follow-up
- Capture customer feedback and leads to share with the team
About you
- Excellent face-to-face communication and a natural salesperson
- Interest in beauty, haircare, or consumer brands
- Organised, dependable, and comfortable working flexible hours including some weekends
- Based in or near London and able to travel to events
- Prior retail, sales, or events experience is a plus but not required
