This is an on-site internship role for a Sales and Marketing Intern based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The intern will support sales outreach and lead generation, assist in preparing sales presentations and product demos, and help maintain accurate records in CRM tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to marketing campaigns
  • Drafting customer-facing materials
  • Supporting customer service interactions related to SynSok and other RigAI offerings
  • Coordinating training sessions or webinars
  • Gathering market and competitor insights
  • Collaborating with sales and product teams to improve messaging and customer engagement

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support pipelines, follow-ups, and basic account coordination.
  • Ability to assist with Training activities, such as product walk-throughs, demos, and user education sessions.
  • Interest in hospitality, AI, or SaaS products, with the ability to quickly learn technical and product concepts.
  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM systems) and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
