Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Intern will support daily sales and marketing activities to help drive brand growth and client acquisition. This full-time, on-site role is based in Falkirk and involves assisting with lead generation, outreach, and follow-up communication with potential and existing clients. The intern will help create and share marketing materials, contribute to social media and short-form video campaigns, and track basic performance metrics. Responsibilities include:

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support outreach, lead nurturing, and pipeline organization.
  • Interest in Training and a willingness to learn new sales and marketing techniques.
  • Basic digital literacy, including familiarity with social media platforms and content formats such as short-form video.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, growth-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Falkirk.
  • Relevant coursework or studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field are beneficial but not mandatory.
