Internship (Non Salary - Commission based) Duration: 6 months Schedule: Monday- Friday or Tuesday to Saturday depending on events Progression: Successful completion leads to a full-time contract
We are seeking a driven candidate who is eager to begin their career and grow within The LSM Club. About the Role
This internship provides hands-on experience across sales, marketing, and business development. The role is designed for someone looking to understand how marketing activity supports revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand positioning. You will work alongside senior team members to support campaigns, outreach, lead generation, partnerships, and performance tracking. This role offers exposure to both strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Assist with lead generation, prospect research, and pipeline support
- Support sales outreach through email, messaging, and follow-ups
- Help prepare sales materials, proposals, and presentations
- Assist in tracking enquiries, responses, and conversion data
- Support customer relationship management tasks
Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns aligned with sales goals
- Support content creation for email, website, and marketing materials
- Assist with campaign coordination and scheduling
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Help analyse campaign performance and engagement data
Partnerships and Outreach
- Research potential partners, collaborators, or clients
- Support outreach initiatives and relationship building efforts
- Assist with preparing partnership proposals and briefing documents
- Help coordinate communications with external contacts

Research and Reporting
- Gather and organise data related to sales and marketing performance
- Support reporting on campaign results and outreach activity
- Provide insights and recommendations based on findings
Skills and Attributes
- Interest in sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organised, detail oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable working independently and managing tasks
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Basic familiarity with digital tools and platforms is an advantage
