This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to develop leadership skills, learn how to manage people, and build confidence in communication and decision making. You will begin by learning how to represent our clients professionally, engage customers effectively, and understand what drives team performance. From there, you will progress into coaching and leadership, guided by experienced mentors every step of the way.

What you’ll be doing
- Representing clients through customer-facing marketing campaigns
- Learning the fundamentals of team leadership and performance management
- Supporting and mentoring new team members as you progress
- Participating in leadership coaching and management workshops
- Contributing ideas that help improve campaign results and customer experience

Everyone at Guerrilla Marketing operates on a self-employed basis with an uncapped commission earnings structure.
