About Corick House Hotel & Spa

Corick House Hotel & Spa is one of Northern Ireland's leading luxury hospitality destinations, renowned for award-winning weddings, luxury accommodation, exceptional dining, spa experiences and unforgettable events.

We are looking for an ambitious, creative and commercially focused Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue, develop new business and lead our marketing strategy across the hotel.

The Role

This is a varied, hands-on role combining sales, business development and marketing. Working closely with the General Manager and Operations Team, you will grow business across accommodation, weddings, corporate events, meetings, spa, dining and hotel events while strengthening the Corick House brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the hotel's Sales & Marketing strategy.
  • Generate new business and grow existing corporate and leisure accounts.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, tourism partners and event organisers.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across digital and print.
  • Manage the hotel's social media channels, website and email marketing.
  • Create engaging content including graphics, photography and video.
  • Produce promotional materials, brochures and POS.
  • Monitor campaign performance and website analytics.
  • Work closely with all departments to maximise revenue opportunities.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Commercially driven with a passion for sales and marketing.
  • Creative and confident in digital marketing and content creation.
  • An excellent communicator and relationship builder.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Sales & Marketing role.
  • Hospitality, tourism or events experience preferred.
  • Proven sales and business development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of social media, digital marketing and CRM systems.
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing website content and marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.
