Sales And Marketing Representative
PE Global – Sales & Marketing Capability Representative (24-month PAYE Contract)
A global manufacturing and engineering leader is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Capability Representative to join their team based in Desford, Leicestershire on a 24-month PAYE contract.
- Rate: £31.88 per hour (PAYE)
- Territory: Europe, Africa, and the Middle East
- Supporting: An established dealer network through strategic sales and marketing initiatives
About the Role This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B sales, marketing, dealer development, or business consulting, who excels in collaborative problem-solving and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead dealer retail business transformation initiatives, enhancing the customer journey across both physical and digital channels.
- Develop, align, and execute dealer growth plans, including budget oversight to drive retail sales performance.
- Provide strategic guidance to dealers on best practices in sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
- Support dealers in building organizational capability by identifying performance gaps and proposing practical solutions.
- Advise on improving customer experience, including market expansion strategies, tech-enabled solutions, training, and bundled offerings.
- Consult on business process improvements, evaluating current practices and implementing better ways of working.
- Promote sales-driving programs while maintaining strong pricing and profitability.
- Lead retail transformation projects at dealer, regional, and global levels.
- Continuously develop expertise to align with evolving business priorities.

Skills & Experience Required
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience:
- Proven track record in developing and executing sales/marketing strategies
- Strong B2B customer-facing experience
- Worked with dealer/distributor networks
- Commercial acumen with the ability to influence business performance
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management
- Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans
- Desirable Specializations:
- Preference for experience in off-highway or automotive dealerships
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams

Additional Desirable Experience:
- Field-based commercial experience
- Financial management in B2B environments, including profitability analysis and cost control
- Managing complex projects and influential decision-making
- Problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
