Sales And Marketing Representative

PE Global – Sales & Marketing Capability Representative (24-month PAYE Contract)

A global manufacturing and engineering leader is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Capability Representative to join their team based in Desford, Leicestershire on a 24-month PAYE contract.

  • Rate: £31.88 per hour (PAYE)
  • Territory: Europe, Africa, and the Middle East
  • Supporting: An established dealer network through strategic sales and marketing initiatives

About the Role This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B sales, marketing, dealer development, or business consulting, who excels in collaborative problem-solving and delivering measurable results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead dealer retail business transformation initiatives, enhancing the customer journey across both physical and digital channels.
  • Develop, align, and execute dealer growth plans, including budget oversight to drive retail sales performance.
  • Provide strategic guidance to dealers on best practices in sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Support dealers in building organizational capability by identifying performance gaps and proposing practical solutions.
  • Advise on improving customer experience, including market expansion strategies, tech-enabled solutions, training, and bundled offerings.
  • Consult on business process improvements, evaluating current practices and implementing better ways of working.
  • Promote sales-driving programs while maintaining strong pricing and profitability.
  • Lead retail transformation projects at dealer, regional, and global levels.
  • Continuously develop expertise to align with evolving business priorities.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience:
    • Proven track record in developing and executing sales/marketing strategies
    • Strong B2B customer-facing experience
    • Worked with dealer/distributor networks
    • Commercial acumen with the ability to influence business performance
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management
    • Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans
  • Desirable Specializations:
    • Preference for experience in off-highway or automotive dealerships
    • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams

Additional Desirable Experience:

  • Field-based commercial experience
  • Financial management in B2B environments, including profitability analysis and cost control
  • Managing complex projects and influential decision-making
  • Problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
