Solar PV Sales Representative
We're looking for a motivated Solar PV Sales Representative to convert warm leads into closed deals. You'll be handed pre-qualified, interested prospects and your job is to guide them through the final steps — building trust, answering questions, and closing the sale. This is a high-conversion, relationship-driven sales role, not cold prospecting.

- Follow up promptly with warm leads provided by our marketing/lead-gen team
- Conduct consultations (phone, video, or in-home) to understand customer energy needs and goals
- Present solar PV system proposals, savings estimates, and financing options tailored to each customer
- Address objections and answer technical/financial questions confidently
- Guide customers through the closing process, including contracts and financing paperwork
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and deal status in the CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly close-rate and revenue targets
- Coordinate with the installation/operations team for a smooth handoff after the sale
