Role Description
This is a remote, contract role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will:

- Identify and qualify leads
- Conduct product demonstrations
- Manage the sales pipeline for NZConsultancy Limited’s suite of universal applications
- Engage prospective and existing clients
- Present solutions tailored to their workflow needs
- Provide ongoing customer support to ensure successful adoption
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns
- Create sales materials
- Deliver training sessions or webinars to help users understand and maximize platform capabilities

The role also involves tracking performance metrics, providing feedback on market trends, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, understand client needs, and provide responsive support.
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in B2B environments.
- Experience delivering Training, workshops, or product demonstrations to diverse audiences in remote or hybrid settings.
- Background in digital solutions, SaaS, or workflow management tools, ideally within construction or operational sectors.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and meet performance targets under a contract arrangement.
- Comfort with CRM platforms, online collaboration tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
