Location: Workshop based in East Molesey, Surrey (KT8 2RY); Remote/Hybrid flexibility can be discussed for the right candidate.
Operating Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Flexible based on client/marketing needs)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and quality of work.
We are GT Joinery, a premier manufacturing company specialising in high-end, bespoke windows, doors, staircases, and luxury furniture for private clients and premium commercial projects. We are expanding our team and looking for a driven, independent Marketing Expert & Sales Manager to help us showcase our craftsmanship, connect with high-net-worth clients, and drive our business growth. Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and connect with potential high-end clients, architects, interior designers, and main contractors to secure new project briefs.
- Brand & Content Marketing: Showcase our workshop’s capabilities, premium machinery (including our CNC), and finished high-end installations across digital channels.
- Digital Presence: Manage and grow our social media presence, website, and portfolio to attract luxury residential and commercial projects.
- Strategy: Collaborate with the workshop team to understand upcoming projects and deploy tailored marketing to promote our specific joinery services (e.g., windows, custom staircases, and furniture).

Desired Skills & Experience:
- Industry Experience: At least one year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the high-end construction, interior design, luxury architecture, or bespoke manufacturing sectors.
- Driven & Independent: Ability to work autonomously to generate leads while being a supportive team player who understands the workshop’s turnaround.
- Attention to Detail: Pride in your work, ensuring all marketing materials and client communications reflect the premium quality of our joinery.
- Mobility: Preferably have a Full UK Driving Licence to visit high-end project sites and meet with clients when required.
- Language Skills: Knowledge of Russian would be beneficial, but it is not required.
