Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Brighton, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales and Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing relationships with customers, and implementing marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Identifying potential clients
- Maintaining strong customer relationships
- Managing sales processes
- Developing marketing materials
- Delivering product or service-focused training as needed

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Experience and skills in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting sales targets and managing accounts
- Proficiency in Training others, either through formal training programs or informal coaching
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with relevant sales and marketing tools and software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in the seafood industry or related sector is an advantage
