Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work on-site in the Greater Glasgow Area in a full-time capacity, driving growth and brand awareness for Costrik – Retail Solutions. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective retail clients, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The specialist will support customer onboarding and training, ensuring that clients understand and gain value from the platform.
Daily activities include:
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Creating sales materials
- Tracking performance metrics
- Collaborating with internal teams to refine messaging and go-to-market strategies

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present complex solutions clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proven Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on building trust and long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrated Sales experience in B2B or technology-enabled services, ideally within retail or related sectors.
- Experience in Training clients or teams on software platforms, tools, or processes.
- Background in Sales Management or coordination of pipelines, targets, and reporting.
- Comfort with data-driven selling, CRM tools, and basic marketing analytics.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Glasgow Area and travel locally for client meetings as needed.
- Relevant education or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
