£35,000 + 20% commission + benefits

The Opportunity

We are seeking an energetic Sales and Marketing Support Specialist to strengthen and support our Bristol office. The role will be to support our field sales representative and support existing distributor relationships whilst developing new business opportunities. Also being a marketing specialist that works in conjunction with our brand and digital partner.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • ✔ Process new sales leads in conjunction with field sales representative, provide quotations and log customer correspondence on CRM system.
  • ✔ Track territory revenue against budget and develop strong relationships with clients ensuring they become long-term partners. Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • ✔ Provide additional sales support for Top 20 customers. Liaise with external marketing and internal customer teams.
  • ✔ Responsible for supporting London field sales manager with existing distributor accounts and new sales enquiries (distributor and end user opportunities).
  • ✔ Maintain the sales CRM database, customer files, quotations and record management.
  • ✔ Provide marketing strategy support and campaign setup in conjunction with marketing agency.
  • ✔ Draft content and issue quarterly internal and external newsletters for Prowrap, email campaigns and marketing literature.
  • ✔ Manage AI marketing campaigns for existing and prospect customers.
  • ✔ Attend and coordinate company exhibitions, trade events and photo/video shoots as and when required and handle basic video editing.
  • ✔ Manage LinkedIn/company social media activity and content planning with external agency.

We’re looking for someone who embodies Wrapex’s commercial drive and customer-first mindset

  • 1-3 years’ experience in sales support role or customer service role
  • Ideally an educational background in marketing or relevant marketing experience from previous role(s)
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Strategic Planning
  • Strong organisational Skills
