Sales And Marketing Specialist
Sales & Marketing Associate Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 1-2 days per week in Central Manchester)
About the Role
This is a blended sales and marketing role in partnership with an innovative HealthTech SaaS startup. The company’s platform is widely used across NHS settings and independent healthcare, and this role will drive further expansion as the business enters its next phase of growth.

The Opportunity
- Gain broad exposure across lead generation, campaigns, content creation, events, brand development, and commercial growth
- Work closely with founders and leadership to shape strategic positioning, demand generation, and customer relationships
- Ideal for variety-driven professionals who thrive on ownership and growth within a scaling SaaS business
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Commercial Support
- Support delivery of annual sales and marketing objectives
- Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline
- Build relationships with stakeholders across:
- Healthcare organisations
- Partner networks
- Assist with prospect nurturing through the sales journey

- Create engaging content for:
- Newsletters
- Website updates
- Other marketing channels
- Produce materials such as:
- Brochures
- Presentations
- Case studies
- Digital assets
- Develop customer success stories with impactful messaging
- Refine messaging for:
- Customer audiences
- Different sectors
Campaigns & Events
- Support planning and delivery of:
- Webinars
- Conferences
- Exhibitions
- Partner events
- Contribute to campaigns around:
- Product launches
- Partnerships
- Key milestones
- Explore new digital marketing channels and audience engagement opportunities
Brand Development
- Contribute to ongoing brand positioning and development
- Ensure consistency across external communications and activities
- Identify brand awareness and visibility opportunities

Experience
Essential
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, communications, or related fields
- Strong written communication and content creation skills
- Experience with CRM systems (preference for HubSpot)
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Desirable
- Exposure to SaaS, technology, healthcare, or mission-driven industries
- Experience supporting:
- Events
- Campaigns
- Digital marketing initiatives
- Interest in: Healthcare innovation and technology
Nice to Have
- Experience with:
- HubSpot
- Canva
- LinkedIn or similar platforms
- Understanding of NHS or healthcare environments
