About Career Rabbit
Career Rabbit is a London-based career coaching and consultancy firm supporting Asian students and young professionals in the UK and China.
We help our clients secure competitive opportunities across consulting, finance, technology, professional services and other leading industries in the UK job market. Our clients include students and graduates from the University of Oxford, the University of Cambridge, LSE, Imperial College London, UCL and other leading universities. Through personalised career planning, application support, interview coaching and industry mentoring, we help candidates better understand the recruitment market and improve their chances of securing internships and graduate roles.
With a rapidly growing client base and an established presence across Xiaohongshu, WeChat, LinkedIn and other digital platforms, we are now looking for a bilingual Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our growing London team.
Role Overview
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will support both the marketing and commercial sides of the business, with responsibilities divided broadly between content marketing and sales conversion.
This role is ideal for someone who understands Chinese-speaking students and young professionals, has strong content instincts and is comfortable communicating with prospective clients.
You will be responsible for creating engaging and commercially effective content, generating and nurturing leads, understanding prospective clients’ career needs and supporting them throughout the consultation and conversion process. The successful candidate will combine creativity with commercial awareness. You should be able to turn career-related information, student concerns, recruitment trends and client success stories into content that attracts the right audience and ultimately improves sales conversion.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
