Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for driving client acquisition and engagement for RN JobForce. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing

The specialist develops and executes marketing campaigns, coordinates digital outreach, and analyzes campaign performance to improve lead generation and brand awareness. This role involves:
- Collaborating with internal teams to refine messaging
- Providing training or product overviews to clients
- Delivering high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
The specialist also prepares regular reports on sales activities and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to generate leads, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
- Experience in Training, including delivering product or service demonstrations and supporting client onboarding.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing tools, and basic data analysis to support campaign execution.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Comfort with CRM systems and common office software; experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR tech is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
