Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for driving business growth and visibility for 3D Tact’s additive manufacturing and materials engineering solutions. This position includes:

The specialist will:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns
- Develop content for digital channels
- Support brand positioning that highlights the company’s technical expertise and sustainable focus
Daily activities involve:
- Conducting customer meetings and product presentations
- Gathering market intelligence
- Coordinating with technical teams to align offerings with client needs
- Tracking performance metrics for continuous improvement
The role also includes:
- Supporting customer training and onboarding on services and solutions
- Collaborating internally to refine sales strategies and marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, understand client needs, and provide responsive support.
- Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, manage pipelines, negotiate agreements, and meet revenue targets.
- Training skills to deliver clear product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and educational materials for customers and partners.
- Marketing-related skills such as campaign planning, digital marketing, and basic content creation to support sales efforts and brand awareness.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, engineering, manufacturing, or related sectors, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and use CRM and marketing tools effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort interpreting market data and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
