Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving sales growth? We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team in the role of Sales and Marketing Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better serve our clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (optional)
  • Previous experience in client services, sales, or a similar role. (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
