Job Description: Sales and Marketing
Location: Wolverhampton, UK (office-based)
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Relocation: Candidates must be willing and able to relocate to/commute to Wolverhampton
About Us
Eurofridge UK Ltd is a fast-growing refrigeration company based in the West Midlands. We supply and install refrigeration equipment across England and Wales. Due to our continued expansion, we are looking to recruit an experienced Sales and Marketing individual to join our dynamic and friendly team. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven individual for a Sales and Marketing role to join our team and help expand our customer base and brand presence.
The Role
This is a varied, office-based role combining sales and marketing responsibilities. You will be responsible for generating new business, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting our range of Eurofridge refrigeration products through a variety of marketing channels. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the relationship-building side of sales and the creativity of marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial refrigeration sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Respond to sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads in a timely manner
- Promote our range of Eurofridge refrigeration cabinets to retailers, hospitality businesses, and other commercial clients
- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email, and the company website
- Create engaging marketing content such as product brochures, social media posts, and case studies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure a consistent brand message and customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions using CRM systems
- Report on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness
- Plan and schedule jobs and installations in the company calendar, liaising with the engineering/installation team to ensure efficient coordination.

What We're Looking For
- Proven background in sales and marketing, ideally within a B2B or product-based environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build relationships at all levels
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven approach
- Good working knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (e.g. social media, email marketing, CMS)
- Experience using CRM software is desirable
- A genuine interest in or willingness to learn about the refrigeration/commercial equipment industry
- Must be willing and able to relocate to or commute to Wolverhampton, as this is an office-based role.
