BFS Pressroom Solutions Ltd

BFS Pressroom Solutions Ltd is a family-run business established in 1986. We manufacture and supply high-quality technical consumables to the printing, packaging and converting industries throughout the UK.

Over nearly four decades, we have built a strong reputation for supplying specialist products backed by outstanding technical knowledge, exceptional customer service, and long-standing customer relationships.

Our product range includes rubber rollers and sleeves manufactured at our Suffolk facility, precision engineering services, offset printing blankets, coating plates, pressroom chemistry, cleaning products and a wide range of specialist consumables and equipment.

The Role

As a relatively small business, everyone plays an important part in our success. This is a varied role where no two days are the same.

We are looking for a commercially minded, customer-focused individual who enjoys speaking to customers, spotting sales opportunities and helping keep the day-to-day operation of the business running smoothly.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, supporting sales enquiries, processing orders, liaising with suppliers and logistics partners, and working closely with our external sales team. You'll receive full training on our products and systems, enabling you to become a trusted adviser to our customers.

This role would suit someone who enjoys combining customer service, sales and administration in a busy office environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
