What you’ll be doing
- Leading and supporting a small team to meet performance goals
- Representing clients and managing customer engagement projects
- Training and developing new team members through active coaching
- Contributing ideas to improve campaign results and client relationships
- Taking part in leadership sessions focused on personal and professional growth
