About the role

We are looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic, and resilient Sales & Sponsorship Executive who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and working closely with clients to deliver a high standard of customer service.

You will be part of the team working across the Craft portfolio, which includes 5 market leading events: The Festival of Quilts (Birmingham), Knit + Stitch (London/ Harrogate/ Northern Ireland) and The Stitch Festival London).

The five craft shows are some of the most successful in the business and you’ll be joining a fun and hard-working team, committed to making the events the best in the market.

Reporting to the Head of Sponsorship and Sales Manager, you will work closely with the sales, sponsorship, marketing and operations teams to support both revenue generation and client delivery. You will help manage stand bookings, lead generation, sales administration and exhibitor relationships, while coordinating sponsorship activity to ensure agreements are fulfilled before and during our events

As a Sales and Sponsorships Executive you will;

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Sell stand space and digital products across the events, working to achieve revenue targets and meeting KPIs and yield expectations
  • Make high-volume outbound calls (approx. 50 per week), with a strong focus on new business development
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via email and phone
  • Attend competitor and industry events (as agreed) to generate leads and insights

Client Management

  • Manage client relationships from initial contact through to event delivery, attending meetings when required
  • Develop a strong understanding of exhibitor needs through ongoing communication
  • Work closely with key clients to ensure sponsorship agreements are delivered to a high standard.
  • Be active in lead generation for the sponsorship team and coming up with creative ideas for new partnerships with relevant clients

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
