This isn't just a sales role; it’s a leadership opportunity for someone who knows how to drive results and inspire others to do the same.
As a Team Leader, you will be the bridge between our brand’s strategy and on-the-ground execution. If you are a natural motivator with a "lead by example" mentality, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Mentor: Oversee a team of Sales Executives, providing daily coaching and performance feedback.
- Drive Results: Hit personal sales targets while ensuring the team meets and exceeds collective KPIs.
- Campaign Management: Support the delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns for our diverse client portfolio.
- Strategy: Contribute to campaign planning and help refine sales pitches to maximize conversion.
- Culture Building: Foster a positive, competitive, and supportive environment in our Newcastle office.

What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership Potential: Even if this is your first "official" leadership role, you must demonstrate the ability to motivate others.
- Communication: Elite interpersonal skills and the confidence to present ideas to both the team and clients.
- Growth Mindset: Someone who isn't satisfied with the status quo and wants to progress into senior management.
- Local Presence: Must be able to work on-site in Newcastle Upon Tyne and have the legal right to work in the UK.
