The Role: Sales Assistant
Join our thriving Sales Assistant team at our flagship store in Covent Garden and become the face of our brand, shaping unforgettable customer experiences while driving sales and maintaining store excellence.
🔥 Your Mission
As a Sales Assistant at HOFF, you’ll be instrumental in delivering a customised, high-quality shopping experience while helping our store thrive. Your responsibilities include:

👥 Customer Experience
- Welcome, engage, and advise customers with warmth and expertise.
- Ensure every visit leaves a memorable impression.
- Providing guidance on our sneaker collections, styling tips, and lifestyle applications.

💰 Sales Support
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and elevating product storytelling.
- Support store targets through enthusiastic and consultative sales engagement.
- Upsell and cross-sell effectively, showcasing the uniqueness of every pair.

- Maintain HOFF’s polished brand aesthetic in store displays and layouts.
- Ensure fixtures align with brand guidelines to create an inviting, aspirational environment.

🎯 Who You Are
We’re looking for candidates with:
- 1–2 years of experience in fashion retail, preferably in high-volume retail or premium/lifestyle brands.
- A natural passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to build strong personal connections.
- Fluid spoken English (ropolis/accent is not an issue) – additional languages Bonus.
- Knowledge of fashion, sneaker culture, and lifestyle trends.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- A valid work permit for the UK.
