The Role
Your mission at HOFF’s flagship Covent Garden store is to be the face of the brand—guiding customers through an unforgettable shopping experience while contributing to the store’s growth.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience
- Welcome guests with enthusiasm, engage with them authentically, and deliver exceptional service.
- Match their needs with the right products, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Support
- Drive sales by displaying products effectively and assisting in achieving store targets.
- Foster a welcoming environment that turns casual browsers into regular customers.

What We’re Looking For
Ideal Candidate:
- 1–2 years of experience in fashion retail, preferably in high-volume environments or premium/lifestyle brands.
- A natural talent for customer service and sales, with the ability to connect and persuade.
- Fluency in spoken English (additional languages are a big plus).
- A passion for fashion, sneakers, and lifestyle trends.
- A proactive, team-oriented mind with strong communication skills.
- A valid UK work permit.
