Sales Assistant 32hrs - Spitalfields Market

Jimmy Fairly – Sales Assistant

About the Company

Boring? Expensive? Dull? Jimmy Fairly was born, not with a want but a need to revolutionise the optical industry. Founded in 2010 by Antonin Chartier, a 23-year-old psychology student with a passion for entrepreneurship, the concept was simple: quality glasses, fair prices, and a positive social impact.

Over a decade later, Jimmy Fairly has grown to over 100 stores across Europe and the UK, successfully bringing great style—through on-trend designs every six weeks—and sustainability—through a short-circuit manufacturing process that upholds quality without compromising the planet. A customer-centric ethos drives us, from welcoming customers into our stores to expert eye testing by our optometrists and seamless assistance from our after-care team.

Together with Restoring Vision, a charity dedicated to ending the global vision crisis, we strive to make life better, every day.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
