Sales Assistant — Manchester
Confident, ambitious and enjoy helping people make the right choices?
We’re looking for a Sales Assistant to join our growing Manchester team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to develop strong commercial skills and is motivated by achieving results.
You’ll be part of a customer-focused team where communication, confidence and a positive attitude are key. You’ll gain experience in sales, customer engagement and relationship building while working towards personal and team goals.
What you’ll be doing
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be responsible for supporting customers and helping deliver successful sales activity, including:
- Engaging with customers and creating a positive experience
- Understanding customer needs and providing suitable solutions
- Explaining products and services clearly and confidently
- Supporting sales campaigns and promotional activity
- Working towards individual and team performance targets
- Building strong customer relationships through effective communication
- Working closely with the wider team to achieve shared goals
