Sales Assistant (Part-Time)
📍 Location: Blackpool

About the Role

Your mission is to elevate the shopping experience:

Your Responsibilities
Drive Sales & Customer Experience (📚 Style the full fit)
- Craft complete looks using kicks, layers, accessories, and care kits—no partial fits here!
- Elevate conversations with customers by reading their vibe and providing tailored advice.
Master the Brand (💼 Know the product, know the culture)
- Train to become a Footasylum Brand Ambassador, understanding:
- Tech & performance behind trends (fabrics, durability, weatherproofing).
- Product drops—heritage collabs to new releases.
- Lifestyle storytelling for every silhouette.

📝 1. Fasttrack application: (No CV) quickly fill in the form—and answer video questions for a Brand cut-through. 👥 2. Retail Lab Group Interview:
- Showcase skills —product passion + service aspirations.
- Demonstrate initiative, leadership, and thoughtfulness. ⏳ 3. Offer in 72-hour turnaround.
☁️ When to start: ASAP induction—begin at your convenience.
Under 18s: Working Compliance
- You won’t work beyond 10PM.
- Festive season store timings are additional.
