Salary: £12.80 per hour

Hours: 28 per week


About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our welcoming team. Can you deliver an exceptional level of personalised service to introduce feel-good furniture to our customers and in turn improve their wellbeing? Then this opportunity could be the perfect fit.

What Does a Day in the Showroom Look Like?

From the moment our customers walk through the door, you'll be creating a warm and memorable experience. That might mean greeting them with a smile, helping them dodge the rain with an umbrella, and guiding them through our unique chair fitting service.

You'll help customers discover the wellbeing benefits of our expertly designed chairs and sofas, supporting them in finding a style, fabric and size that truly suits their needs. You'll also help keep the showroom looking its best, ensuring everything feels fresh, tidy and welcoming.

We're open every day, so you'll need to be happy working a mix of weekdays and weekends. A DBS check will apply, as this is a customer-facing role.

  • A warm, empathetic and friendly approach
  • A great eye for detail and pride in your presentation
  • A passion for people and helping others
  • While previous experience in retail sales and customer service is a plus, it’s your enthusiasm, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn that truly matters to us

Training and Development

You'll be supported with in-depth training through our HSL Academy at Comfort House in West Yorkshire, with hands-on learning and expert guidance from our independent Occupational Therapist, Julie Jennings. We're proud to help our people grow.
