Sales Assistant

Sales Assistant – Temporary Role (8 Hours/Week+, Milton Keynes)

Compensation: £10.20 - £12.71 per hour Hours: 8 hours minimum per week Flexibility: Full time availability – days, evenings, and weekends Optional: Overtime opportunities available


About the Role

Mountain Warehouse is looking for a passionate Sales Assistant to join their dynamic team and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. This role involves supporting store operations, collaborating with colleagues, and providing top-tier customer service within a collaborative and community-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities

Team Collaboration

  • Work harmoniously with colleagues to foster an inclusive, supportive workplace.
  • Participate in team discussions and problem-solving, contributing innovative ideas to meet shared goals.
  • Share expertise to train and support both new and existing team members.

Operational Excellence

  • Assist with day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Process transactions efficiently, handling various payment methods.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing sales floor.
  • Keep product displays fully stocked and prepared for promotions.
  • Stay updated on product features, promotions, and pricing to assist customers.
  • Help set up and execute in-store promotions and displays.
