About the Role

In this role, you’ll shape the shopping experience, represent the brand with pride, and contribute to a dynamic, high-performing store team. Your work will focus on delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining operational excellence, and creating a vibrant shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities
Team Collaboration
- Work in harmony with colleagues to foster an inclusive and supportive team ethos
- Actively participate in team discussions, problem-solving, and innovation to meet shared goals
- Share knowledge, mentor new team members, and assist seasonal staff
Operational Excellence
- Perform day-to-day store operations while complying with company policies
- Process transactions efficiently across all payment methods
- Keep the sales floor clean, organised, and visually appealing with attractively displayed products
- Stock shelves, ensure inventory visibility, and maintain high presentation standards
- Study product features, promotions, and pricing to provide accurate and helpful customer advice
- Assist in setting up and executing in-store promotions, displays, and sales events
