- 16-17 years old: £8.00 per hour
- 18+ years old: £12.71 per hour
Your local store is hiring for a full-time role (16 hours per week) as a Sales Assistant. This is an opportunity to thrive in a friendly, dynamic environment where our customers come first.
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be the heart of our store – creating unforgettable experiences from greeting customers to ensuring everyone leaves happy. Our team makes every interaction personal, offering inspired guidance and kindness at every step.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be customer-focused, striving to deliver joyful experiences and making every action count. You’ll be trained across all aspects of store life, including:
- Tills & Checkout
- Provide a friendly and efficient checkout
- Carefully pack fragile items to ensure safe delivery for customers
- Offer reassurance that their purchases are ready to go home safely

Shop Floor & Personal Service
- Help customers find the right products (serving needs or surprising them with suitable alternatives)
- Offer genuine, knowledgeable guidance, building loyalty through exceptional service
- Show real passion for our products and how they can enhance people’s homes

Hosting & Special Services
- Handle special requests—placing orders for home delivery if items aren’t in stock
- Deliver our Made-to-Measure service (curtains & blinds tailored to shopper needs)
- Style flagship displays (like our bedding areas) to inspire customers with practical, made-to-move features

Stock & On-Floor Servicing
- Manage deliveries, stock rotation, and floor replenishment
- Ensure clean, inviting displays are fresh and customer-ready
- Keep the store running smoothly during busy periods, keeping an eye on customer needs
